Managing stress in Arthritis and other disease is very tough work for patient. Patient's mind should be cool to face such long term diseases. It is said that first disease born in our mind. For example, we need success in our life in any sector; we have to first think success in our mind. Same happens in such diseases. Managing Stress in Arthritis In arthritis, worse condition of our body, hand, ankle etc will give too much stress in our mind. We could not able to keep stable mind. In my home, My Mom has rheumatoid arthritis since many years and now she has got so much frustration from this and left using all medicines many times. For this, we have changed many doctors yet. Today, we are going to change one more. Every time, we visit good doctors than last one. Tips 1. That is why suggesting reading some motivational books; it will make our mind peaceful and give sound sleep at night. Before sleep, you can read. Tips 4. Anxiety Level is high in Arthritis; The Rajyoga Meditation lowers down the stress Yes, we are facing such issues in our home. My Mom has RA and condition is not good. We have changed 4 doctors yet. Anxiety level is so high. As I am the student of Brahmakumari Spiritual University, I took my mom there also to attend the Rajyoga Meditation classes so that she can feel better and fight Arthritis better way.
